Privacy Policy

TactictFlow Ltd (“TactictFlow”, “we”, “us”) is a company registered in England and Wales, operating the TactictFlow football coaching intelligence platform. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

TactictFlow is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) as a data controller. (ICO registration number to be added once received.)

• •Your email address, used to create and secure your account
• •Your account type (individual coach or club)
• •Tactical plans, formations, and game plans you create
• •Squad and player data you enter, such as names, positions, and fitness status

We collect and process this data to provide the TactictFlow coaching platform: to create and operate your account, store and display your tactical plans and squad data, and let you and your invited coaching staff collaborate. We also use aggregated, non-identifying usage patterns to improve the product.

We process your data under two legal bases: performance of a contract (providing the coaching platform service you've signed up for), and our legitimate interest in maintaining and improving the product, which we balance against your right to privacy.

We retain your data for the duration of your account. On account closure, your data is deleted within 30 days on written request to tolu@tactictflow.co.uk.

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run TactictFlow. They only process your data to deliver their service to us:

• •Supabase: data storage and authentication, hosted on EU servers
• •Anthropic: AI processing for Tact, our AI tactical assistant
• •Resend: transactional email delivery (e.g. sign-in links, notifications)
• •Vercel: application hosting
• •Stripe: payment processing, once billing goes live

We never sell your data, and we never use your tactical or squad data to train AI models.

TactictFlow uses AI technology powered by Anthropic's Claude to generate tactical recommendations, game plans, and coaching insights. When you use our AI features:

• •Your queries and squad data are sent to Anthropic's API for processing
• •Anthropic processes this data under their privacy policy (anthropic.com/privacy)
• •AI-generated outputs are suggestions only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for coaching decisions
• •We do not use your data to train AI models
• •You can opt out of AI features by not using Tact

You have the right to:

• •Access your personal data
• •Correct inaccurate data
• •Delete your data (right to erasure)
• •Export your data (portability)
• •Object to processing
• •Withdraw consent at any time
