Terms of Service

TactictFlow is a football coaching intelligence platform providing tactical planning, squad management, match preparation, and AI-assisted analysis tools for coaches and clubs (“the Service”). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. The Service is intended for use in a coaching or club management capacity: for example, by a coach, analyst, or club administrator.

Each user must maintain their own individual account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

When using TactictFlow, you agree not to:

• •Share your account credentials or let others use your account
• •Scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract data from the Service
• •Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• •Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

Your subscription begins after your free trial ends. We will email you 7 days before your trial ends to remind you.

Billing is monthly on the same date each month. Payment is taken automatically from the card provided.

Price changes: we will give you 30 days' notice of any price increase by email. You may cancel before the new price takes effect.

Failed payments: if payment fails we will retry after 3 days, then after 7 days. After two failed retries your account will be downgraded to the free tier.

Free trial: no charge during the trial period. Cancel any time before your trial ends with no charge.

After trial ends: subscriptions are charged monthly. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard under Settings → Billing.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for the current billing period already paid.

If TactictFlow has a service outage exceeding 24 hours in a billing period, we will credit your account proportionally.

You own the data you put into TactictFlow: your squad information, tactical plans, and any other content you create. We process that data solely to provide and improve the Service, as set out in our Privacy Policy.

TactictFlow uses AI to generate tactical recommendations, game plans, and coaching insights. By using our AI features you acknowledge that:

• •AI outputs are suggestions only
• •You retain full professional responsibility for all coaching decisions made on the pitch
• •AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
• •TactictFlow is not liable for match outcomes or coaching decisions based on AI suggestions
• •AI features require an internet connection and may be unavailable during outages

TactictFlow is a preparation and planning tool. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for match outcomes, player injuries, or any coaching or tactical decisions made using information from the Service.

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On request, we'll export your data to you within 30 days of termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
